Figures Mania reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged on the basis of rates in effect at time of order entry, subject to availability.

The products remain the property of Figurines-Mania until full payment.

Article 2 – Order and Pre-order

An article is proposed for pre-order an item that is not immediately available.

The date of availability of a product for pre-order is sent by the distributor and is indicative only.

Mania figures can not be held responsible for any delayed official release.

By conducting a pre-order you're guaranteed to get this article from its official release and at a price less than or equal to the selling price at the time of its availability. Article 3 - Validation

You acknowledge having read and accepted these Terms and Conditions before placing your order.

The checkout process is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Unless proved otherwise, the data recorded by Figurines Mania is the proof of all transactions made by its customers and Figurines Mania.

Article 4 - Product availability

Our product offerings and prices are valid until they are visible on the site, subject to availability.

For products not stocked in our warehouse, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

In the event of unavailability of product after placing your order we will notify you by mail as soon as possible.
Your order will be canceled and you will be refunded within 10 days if your account was debited.

Article 5 - Delivery and receipt

Products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer on the purchase order, in France, Corsica, the overseas territories and the rest of the world.
To afford to ship to Buyer the products ordered, Figurines Mania has chosen to work with POST in order to reduce travel time and ensure the effective delivery between order and delivery.
In case of partial availability of items, figurines Mania expect to have all in stock products ordered prior to delivery unless the customer expresses his request to take delivery of the items available on (With the addition of shipping).

The Buyer will be delivered according to the criteria chosen for the validation of his order.

Article 6 - Delays

The products must be returned to Figures Mania in a perfect condition for resale in their original state (packaging, accessories, manuals ...), duly sealed and unopened.
